Last evening Sarah was practicing for her recital coming up soon and she and her piano teacher are doing a duet. I love to hear this song "Edelweiss" from the movie Sound of Music. This particular piece is just very sweet. Sarah will be doing 2 other pieces during the recital that are a little more complex, but this simple version is just perfect for this song. Just wanted to share it with everyone. She still needs to work on timing but it still sounded good.

ReplyDeleteWhen I was a kid I never understood why the Nazis were so mad when the Van Trapp's sang this song. Now it's my favorite part of the movie.
